Version 2026-10-v4 · In force from 13.10.2026
Terms of service
Terms for using Dayboo and the kindergarten’s subscription.
1. Service and agreement
Dinein group, LLC (registered Georgian name: შპს დაინინ გრუპ; identification code: 405877010; registered address: 26 Viktor Dolidze Street, Tbilisi, Georgia) provides Dayboo to kindergartens: the admin web, staff app and parent app. The service helps record children’s days, share information with families and manage fees. Contact [email protected]; +995 599 89 06 74.
When registering for a kindergarten, you confirm your authority to represent it and accept these terms and the data processing agreement. Acceptance records include the document version, time, user, kindergarten and IP address.
2. Kindergarten responsibilities
The kindergarten is responsible for a lawful basis for the data it enters, required consents and informing families/staff. This includes health information and photo sharing. Marking consent in the app does not itself replace the information legally required.
The kindergarten is responsible for accurate data, appropriate staff access and its staff’s use of the service. It decides which adults receive a child’s updates or may collect them and must update those permissions promptly.
A Dayboo record does not replace direct supervision or emergency care. For an important message, especially a parent note not yet seen, contact the kindergarten directly.
3. Dayboo subscription
Dayboo’s subscription fee is separate from fees the kindergarten charges families. Subscription payments are in Georgian lari (GEL). The displayed price per enrolled child and total payable amount include VAT; VAT is not added on top. The current price and count are shown in the admin web before the card is saved. A monthly charge uses the number of children with current enrollments on the payment day, counting each child once.
When a card is required, the trial starts when the card is successfully saved. If a card is not required initially, it starts at registration. The duration and dates are as shown in the admin web. Replacing a card does not restart the trial. Until a required card is saved, owners and directors see only the subscription page in the admin web; only an owner can save the card.
You enter the card on Flitt’s page. Verification requests a temporary authorization of 1,00 ₾ and its reversal; release of the amount depends on Flitt and the card issuer. Dayboo does not receive the full card number or security code. By saving a card, the kindergarten authorizes automatic monthly subscription charges at the displayed VAT-inclusive price, using the enrolled-child count on the payment day, until cancellation takes effect under section 5.
After the trial, payment is requested monthly according to the dates and amounts shown in the admin web. If a payment fails, or no card is saved when payment is due, the admin web shows an arrears banner and the lock date; with a saved card the system also retries on the configured days. Once the configured period passes, owners’ and directors’ admin web access is locked except for the subscription page; staff and parent apps keep working.
An unpaid month’s recorded amount remains the same on retry. Free subscriptions are not charged. Owners can manage the subscription; directors can read it.
4. Price and terms changes
The current price is shown in the admin web. Contact [email protected] about a planned price change and when it will apply. These terms do not set a fixed price-change notice period.
Updated terms will be published here with a new version and effective date. Publication alone does not create a fresh acceptance record for an existing kindergarten.
5. Cancellation and refunds
An owner can cancel at any time on the Subscription page in the admin web; the page records receipt and confirms the access end date in writing. You may also request cancellation at [email protected], identifying the kindergarten, or contact +995 599 89 06 74 if email is unavailable. A request received before the next renewal stops that renewal and later renewals; it does not depend on the date we reply. Access continues through the period already paid for, or the remaining trial. A payment order already reserved before cancellation may still finish: its outcome is checked and any paid period remains available. No new automatic payment or retry is started after cancellation; correctly owed earlier debts remain payable by arrangement. Cancelling during the trial stops the first paid renewal. Changing a card or uninstalling an app does not cancel the subscription.
There is no partial-month refund for cancellation or unused days in a paid subscription period. Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded to the card used for the payment. Email [email protected] with the kindergarten name, payment date and amount so we can identify and verify the charge; do not send a full card number or security code. Once the charge is verified as duplicate or incorrect, we arrange the refund through Flitt. When the refund becomes available depends on Flitt and the card issuer. This policy does not limit refunds or other remedies required by applicable law.
Cancellation does not remove amounts properly owed for earlier periods. It does not authorize a charge for a new period after cancellation takes effect. The DPA governs the termination of processing, data return and deletion when the service ends; cancellation is not itself a self-service data-erasure operation.
6. Acceptable use
Use only access granted to you. Do not share login codes or PINs, try to access another person’s data, disrupt the service or upload unlawful material. Use children’s photos and personal information only for authorized purposes.
The kindergarten must remove staff access when no longer needed. Account or kindergarten access may be restricted to protect the service or data, to the extent permitted by law.
Posts, photos, announcements and notes must not be offensive, abusive, sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise objectionable, and must not share a child’s information or photo without the authority to do so. There is no tolerance for such content or for users who post it. Anyone can report a post, announcement or note in the apps; the kindergarten and Dayboo review reports, Dayboo looks at each one within 24 hours, and content and access that break these rules are removed.
7. Availability and responsibility
The service may have interruptions, maintenance or failed notification deliveries. We promise no uninterrupted operation or uptime percentage. Sending offline records to the server requires an internet connection.
Each party is responsible for its obligations under applicable Georgian law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded and do not set a monetary liability cap.
8. For parents and staff
Parents and staff explicitly accept separate terms for their app, including new versions before normal use. The kindergarten’s DPA is accepted by its owner. General terms acceptance does not authorize a new saved-card unit price. Staff can delete their sign-in and end their role through the Staff app; their name remains on historical kindergarten records. Owners contact Dayboo for account closure.
You sign into a personal app with a phone number and code. A shared staff device may use a PIN. The kindergarten determines access to child and kindergarten data.
You can delete your account in the apps (parent app: Account → Delete my account; staff app: More → Delete my account) or ask us. The sign-in, phone number and email on the account are erased and a staff role ends that day; a kindergarten owner contacts us instead. Kindergarten records and history remain as described in the privacy policy.
9. Applicable law
Georgian law governs this agreement. Contact [email protected] about a dispute first. Disputes are heard by the competent courts of Georgia under the jurisdiction rules established by law.
