Payment and security policies

How Dayboo subscriptions are purchased, activated, renewed and cancelled.

1. Merchant and service

Dayboo is a software service for kindergartens, provided by Dinein group, LLC (registered name: შპს დაინინ გრუპ; identification code: 405877010; address: 26 Viktor Dolidze Street, Tbilisi, Georgia). These payments purchase Dayboo software access. They do not pay a child’s tuition or collect money on behalf of a kindergarten.

Website: dayboo.ge. Registration, subscription management and card entry: app.dayboo.ge. For payment questions contact [email protected] or +995 599 89 06 74.

2. Payment policy

Payments are in Georgian lari (GEL), by card through Flitt. The price per enrolled child and estimated total shown before card entry include VAT. The monthly fee equals the displayed unit price multiplied by the number of children with current enrollments on the payment day, counting each child once. The total can change when that count changes. An unpaid period’s amount is frozen for retries.

Before the card page opens, the owner must explicitly authorize the 1 GEL card verification and automatic monthly payments and accept the terms, privacy policy and these payment/security/compliance policies. Dayboo records the displayed details, policy versions, time, owner, kindergarten and IP address. Card replacement requires a new authorization and does not restart the trial.

Verification requests a temporary authorization of 1,00 ₾ and its reversal; release depends on Flitt and the card issuer. The trial duration and estimated first billing date appear before card entry. Where the trial starts with successful verification, a later verification shifts that date accordingly. An existing overdue payment is shown separately and may be retried immediately after a new card is saved.

Renewals are monthly until cancellation. Failed payments may be retried on the configured days shown in the Subscription page. Dayboo adds no separate card-payment surcharge. Only an owner can authorize payments or cancel the subscription.

3. Service activation and delivery

Registration creates the kindergarten’s Dayboo workspace. If a card is required, administrative access opens after successful verification; the trial starts then. Otherwise access and any trial begin at registration. After a successful monthly payment, access covers the paid period shown in payment history. There is no physical shipment or delivery fee.

Internet access and a supported browser/app are needed. Payment-provider delays may delay activation; the Subscription page checks the payment outcome. Free trial and paid-period dates, payment history and the cancellation receipt appear there. The service may be interrupted or access restricted as described in the terms.

4. Cancellation and refunds

An owner can cancel on the Subscription page at any time. The page records receipt and displays the access end date. A request received before renewal stops the next renewal and all later renewals. Trial cancellation stops the first paid renewal; paid access continues through the paid period. There is no ordinary partial-month refund for cancellation or unused days.

An order reserved before cancellation may still complete. Dayboo checks its outcome and preserves access for any paid period. No new automatic debit or retry starts after cancellation; valid earlier debts remain payable by arrangement.

Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded through Flitt to the original card after verification. Contact [email protected], or +995 599 89 06 74 if email is unavailable, with the kindergarten name, payment date and amount. Never send the full card number or security code. Refund availability depends on Flitt and the issuer. Mandatory legal remedies are preserved.

5. Transaction security policy

Card details are entered only in Flitt’s hosted payment page over HTTPS. Dayboo does not receive or store the full card number or card security code. It keeps an encrypted saved-card token for authorized future payments and masked card/payment identifiers. Issuer authentication may be requested on the hosted page.

The backend verifies Flitt signatures and matches the merchant, order, currency and amount before accepting a payment result. Each payment attempt has a unique order. An uncertain outcome is checked through status lookup or a signed callback; it is not blindly charged again.

Protect login codes and use only cards you are authorized to use. Report an unrecognized charge promptly to [email protected] or +995 599 89 06 74, and contact the card issuer where appropriate. These controls are not a claim that Dayboo holds a security certification.

6. Confidentiality policy

The cardholder’s name, billing address and phone are collected privately for payment verification and dispute evidence, and may be provided to Flitt upon a lawful payment-related request. They are not publicly displayed. Payment/account information is used for subscription administration, verification, receipts, dispute handling and legal obligations. Access is limited to authorized users/operators as described in the privacy policy. Flitt and relevant financial institutions process payment information under their own duties. Kindergarten child records are not needed for card verification; the monthly price uses a count of enrolled children.

The privacy policy describes personal data, recipients, security, retention and rights. The kindergarten’s processing agreement separately governs its child/family/staff records.

7. Legislative compliance policy

Dayboo and its customers must use the service and payments lawfully under Georgian law. Payments must relate to the actual Dayboo service; unauthorized, fraudulent or fictitious transactions are prohibited. Applicable mandatory consumer, payment and personal-data rights are preserved.

The kindergarten must ensure a lawful basis and required notices/consents for its records. Questions, complaints and requests can be directed to [email protected] or +995 599 89 06 74. Applicable dispute rules are in the terms. This policy states duties and does not represent approval or certification by Flitt or a regulator.
