Staff app terms
Terms for kindergarten staff using Dayboo, including shared devices.
Who provides the app
Dayboo is provided by Dinein group, LLC, identification code 405877010, at 26 Viktor Dolidze Street, Tbilisi, Georgia. These terms cover the Staff app. The kindergarten is responsible for childcare, its records and granting staff access; Dayboo provides software under the kindergarten’s agreement.
Your identity and assigned work
Use your own sign-in or your own PIN on an enrolled shared device. Do not use a colleague’s identity or lend your PIN. Record only work and groups you are authorized to manage. Shared devices lock when unattended; sign out or lock before handing the device to another adult. Each staff member accepts individually after signing in, including PIN sessions.
Children’s information
Use child and family information only for authorized kindergarten work. Keep health information, identifiers, documents, photos and live-camera details confidential. Do not export, publish or disclose information beyond your role. Follow the kindergarten’s instructions and report access or data-security concerns promptly.
Accurate records and offline work
Record what actually happened, distinguish not recorded from none, and correct mistakes through available edits or Undo. Changes keep accountability history. Offline work may wait for a connection; review pending and failed items. Acceptance of new terms does not erase pending work or grant additional access. Urgent childcare matters require direct communication, not reliance on app delivery.
Separate permissions and agreements
These terms are not parent consent for photos or live cameras and do not authorize Dayboo subscription charges. The kindergarten owner separately accepts the DPA and payment authorization. Your employment and childcare responsibilities remain with the kindergarten.
Content and reporting
Posts, photos, announcements and notes must not be offensive, abusive, sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise objectionable, and must not share a child’s information or photo without the authority to do so. There is no tolerance for such content or for users who post it. Anyone can report a post, announcement or note in the apps; the kindergarten and Dayboo review reports, Dayboo looks at each one within 24 hours, and content and access that break these rules are removed.
Versions and acceptance
Explicitly accept the current Staff app terms before normal app use. New versions require acceptance again. We retain the exact text/version, person, time, language, app, acceptance method, request IP and personal or shared PIN session information. Sign-out, legal documents and account-deletion requests remain available without accepting.
Leaving and contacting us
Account deletion ends your sign-in and live staff role, while your name may remain on the kindergarten’s historical records. Owners contact Dayboo for account closure. Follow the public deletion instructions and privacy policy. For support contact [email protected] or +995 599 89 06 74. Mandatory rights under Georgian law remain unaffected.
