Parent app terms
Terms for adults using Dayboo to follow children linked to their account.
Who provides the app
Dayboo is provided by Dinein group, LLC, identification code 405877010, at 26 Viktor Dolidze Street, Tbilisi, Georgia. These terms cover the Parent app. The kindergarten provides childcare and is responsible for its records; Dayboo is its software provider. Users must be adults authorized to access the children linked to their account.
Your account and access
Use your own confirmed phone number and keep your account secure. Access depends on your current family relationship, enrollment and the kindergarten’s permissions. Access can change when those relationships change. Do not share your sign-in or seek access to another family’s information.
Children’s information and sharing
Treat children’s photos, messages, health information and live video as private. Do not publish or distribute information about other children or families without authorization. A saved photo is a separate copy on your device; protect it. Live access is limited by the child’s presence, operating hours and recorded consent.
Separate choices and payments
Accepting these terms is not photo-sharing, live-camera or marketing consent. Those choices are recorded separately where available. The app shows kindergarten tuition and payment instructions; Dayboo does not collect that tuition through its own software subscription. These terms do not authorize a saved-card payment to Dayboo.
Records and urgent matters
The kindergarten controls the records and notifications it publishes. Not recorded is different from no problem. Notifications may be delayed or unavailable. Contact the kindergarten directly for urgent matters; the app is not an emergency service.
Content and reporting
Posts, photos, announcements and notes must not be offensive, abusive, sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise objectionable, and must not share a child’s information or photo without the authority to do so. There is no tolerance for such content or for users who post it. Anyone can report a post, announcement or note in the apps; the kindergarten and Dayboo review reports, Dayboo looks at each one within 24 hours, and content and access that break these rules are removed.
Versions and acceptance
Before normal app use, explicitly accept the current Parent app terms. A newly published version requires acceptance again. We retain the exact version and text, who accepted, when, language, app, acceptance method and session information, and the request’s IP address. Sign-out, legal documents and account-deletion requests remain available without acceptance.
Leaving and contacting us
You can delete your sign-in through Account → Delete my account or the public deletion instructions. If you also have a live staff role, request deletion through the Staff app; kindergarten owners contact Dayboo for closure. The kindergarten’s records and evidence retained for lawful purposes are handled under the privacy policy and DPA; deleting your sign-in does not delete the kindergarten’s records.
