For private kindergartens in Georgia

A child's day, from the teacher's phone to the parent's

Teachers log arrivals, meals, naps, activities and incidents in a few taps, and share what the group did with photos. Parents follow their child's day and the group's Feed in the app, and the director sees the whole kindergarten in the admin panel.

Signing up takes a few minutes: your phone number, an SMS code and the kindergarten's name.

For directors · Admin panel

The whole kindergarten on one screen

The admin panel runs in your browser, with nothing to install. In the morning you see who has arrived and who hasn't; for any earlier day, what was left unrecorded.

  • Today

Who is in, who hasn't arrived and who is absent, group by group.

  • Children and families

Family members, who may pick up, consents and health. Import your list from Excel.

  • Groups and staff

Invite staff by SMS and give them a role and groups. Teachers see only their own groups.

  • Schedule

Each group's weekly routine. Public holidays close automatically; trips and closed days are one-off changes.

  • Menu

The week's dishes with allergens, and who needs an alternative meal.

  • Incidents

Review, correct with a reason, full history and CSV export.

  • Posts

Every group's posts, and who gets each photo and why not. Hide a post with a reason, or post to several groups yourself.

  • Shared tablets

Connect a tablet for a group room, and disconnect it if it's lost.

  • Search

A child, a parent's name or phone, a group or a page, from one box with ⌘K.

Log the day in a few taps

The group roster is the home screen: every child with today's status. Meals, naps and activities are logged for the whole group at once, with the children who are in already selected.

Coming soon to the App Store and Google Play
  • Arrivals and pick-ups

“Arrived” is one tap. At pick-up the app lists only the adults allowed to take the child.

  • Meals and allergies

The app checks the day's menu against the children's allergies. A meal can't be logged for an allergic child until you tick that they got the alternative.

  • Naps

Start the nap for the whole group; mark each child awake, or everyone at once.

  • Activities

What the group did, with a short line for parents.

  • Posts with photos

A few lines and up to 10 photos about the group's day, or photos added to a logged activity. Tag who is in each photo and see which families get it. Photos taken in the app never go to the teacher's gallery.

  • Incident reports

Body map, first aid and injury photos. The director is notified at once.

  • The day's plan

The Timeline shows the group's schedule and what's been logged. Logging a planned item starts with one tap.

  • Works without internet

Every entry is saved on the phone first and sends itself when the connection is back.

  • A shared tablet in the group room

Staff tap their name and enter their PIN. The tablet locks itself after 3 idle minutes.

For parents · Parent app

Your child's day, on your phone

Parents see where their child is right now and how the day went. Every entry has a time and the teacher's name, and anything not logged yet says so.

Coming soon to the App Store and Google Play
  • Status right now

In, asleep or already picked up, and who brought or collected the child.

  • The day's timeline

Meals, naps, activities and photos, plus what's still planned today.

  • Feed

The group's posts with photos, a short summary of each day, and your child's own photos one tap away. Heart a post; nobody sees who else did.

  • Incident reports

What happened, where and what first aid was given. You see only your child's part.

  • Report an absence

Today, tomorrow or several days, with a reason. Teachers see it on their roster.

  • This week's menu

The kitchen's dishes and allergens, and whether your child had the alternative meal.

  • Notifications

On arrival and pick-up, when your child is in a new post (at most 3 a day; both optional) and for incident reports. They never include health details, photos or a post's text.

  • Georgian and English

Switch the language in the app.

Privacy

We handle children's data with care

Every record is about a child, so access is narrow and every change is visible.

  • Only the access people need

Teachers see only their own groups. Full health details open only for those who need them, and every opening in the apps is logged.

  • Change history

Changes to children's, families' and staff records show who made them and when. Deleted records leave a trace, and the history itself can't be changed.

  • Photos only with consent

Only a mother or father can give photo consent. A photo reaches the whole group only when every child in it has consent; otherwise only the families allowed. The app says so before sending.

  • No location in photos

Location and camera details are removed from every photo, and no photo opens from a public link.

  • Careful notifications

Notifications never include photos, post text or health details, and an incident alert doesn't say what happened.

  • Sign-in by SMS code

No passwords: you sign in with a one-time code. On a shared tablet everyone has their own PIN.

How to start

  1. Sign up your kindergarten

Your phone number, an SMS code, your name, the kindergarten and its first branch.

  2. Add groups and children

One by one or from an Excel file, with their families.

  3. Invite your staff

Each person gets an SMS and signs in to the staff app with their own number.

  4. Parents join

Mothers and fathers see their child's day in the parent app, signing in with the number they gave the kindergarten.
